Cooking courses - From Good to Great at Assaggi

Our cooking courses will be starting in July. It is a 10 hour course every Monday from noon till 2:30pm.

From Good to Great

Course will consist of Chef Ivan teaching you the art of braising, Roasting, confit and the sous vide cooking methods, How to make fresh pastas, baking, mouth watering desserts and a few Master chef tips on how to cook an amazing meal every time you have friends or family over for dinner.

It will be fun and you will be amazed on how much you can learn from this course.

Prices For "Good to Great" courses start @ €250.00 Per/Person VAT Included. Theory and practical experience.

Also Special Exclusive Master Chef Courses a 1 on 1 cooking class, where the chef will teach you the art of fine dining cuisine at €50 per hour excluding VAT. At the end of the course all chefs will be awarded a certificate of achievement by our Famous Executive Chef Ivan Lanzon Miller.
