Every month we create 12 different dishes, each is a series of smaller focused dishes. What we want you to experience is that sense of surprise when you taste something good and new, we want the peak of sensation on the palate to be all that you feel. At Assaggi we serve a series of individual courses meant to excite your mind, satisfy your appetite and pique your curiosity.

 

Fegato di pollo

Chicken liver parfait, cranberry and nutmeg foam.

Calamari fritti, chorizo e ceci

Fresh local squid, spicy salami and a chickpea puree

Zuppa di zucchini e tartufo nero

Roasted marrow and black truffle soup

Ravioli fatti in casa

squid ink raviol stuffed with a pork and prawn ragu and tossed in a truffle foam 

Trille Fritte

Red Mullet fillets deep fried, ginger chilli cucumber dressing.

 Zuppa di vongole, alio profumato , limone e basilico

Fresh clams cooked in a white wine broth, lemon, infused garlic and basil.

Pancia di Maialino in forno

24hr Slow cooked pork belly ,  king scallop and black ink sauce. 

 Agnello in forno

Braised shoulder of lamb, split pea puree mint jelly.

T-bone di vitello da latte

Milk fed veal t-bone, saffron lemon butter.

Carne invecchiata

Aged striploin of beef 14 days (USDA)
